Clydesdale Folk Club

The Club is based at 'The Elph', which is centrally located on the High Street close to the top pedestrian crossing and opposite the Corn Exchange. For larger gigs we commute across the road to the Corn Exchange, or to the Municipal Hall or the Gillespie Centre all of which are great venues in their different ways. The Club is only doing larger gigs at the moment, interspersed with club nights at the Elphinstone. With a very small membership and small rural population base, the club tries to reach out into the local community to encourage the spread of folk music in all its guises.
